This program is intended to:

  1. Improve your strength and power
  2. Increase stability and coordination
  3. Improve functional movements 
  4. Improve total body conditioning

Program Structure:
This is a 9 week program broken up into 3 different phases. Phases are 3 weeks long and will build upon your skills and strength in the previous phase. This is a 4 day split, lower body; upper body; full body; conditioning and core. Access to a gym will be required for this program
